www.aestheticsjournal.com is a site operated by Easyfairs UK Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05067979 and have our registered office 70 London Road, Regal House, Twickenham, TW1 3QS.
Any changes we may make to these terms and conditions at any time will be posted on this page. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes we have made.
We make every effort to ensure that details about our products and services and any other information on our website or other promotional material are up to date. However, where information is incorrect or is subject to change, we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute the product or service and to cancel any outstanding orders or bookings with notice to you.
Some promotional prices are non refundable. This will be clearly indicated on the offer whenever this is the case. In connection with our journal and/or training materials, your cancellation rights depend on what you have ordered and how it is delivered. If we deliver it as digital content to you, and you agree to this when ordering, you will not have a right to change your mind after receipt of the electronic materials. If you have ordered a hard copy, you may cancel your order for it for any reason within 14 days by contacting our customer support team on 0203 096 1228 or at support@aestheticsjournal.com. If you have the right to change your mind, we will provide you with a full refund together with any delivery charges. If you cancel the contract after a hard copy has been dispatched to you or you have received it, you must return it to us by post to Easyfairs UK Ltd, 70 London Road, Regal House, Twickenham, TW1 3QS, and pay the delivery costs of returning it.
Refunds will normally be credited to your credit/debit card account within 3-5 working days. Where this is not possible we will send you a cheque or bank transfer within 30 days.
We accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the cardholder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. If you have not received a confirmation email, you should not assume that the order has been processed. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post.
UK prices shown in GBP include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate unless otherwise specified. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted with confirmation of the correct price before your order is completed.
We are PCI DSS compliant and have taken steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. Our secure servers protect information by Secure Sockets Layer (‘SSL’), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. After your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is deleted. This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from us. All details are collected and transferred using secure methods. We do not store your payment details after we have processed your payment. We use a secure payment provider, Eway, to process electronic transactions.
Where ticket postage is applicable, the price quoted includes the cost of postage to your address. We use standard second-class post in the UK and standard airmail post overseas. We do not send tickets by courier or other non-standard postal method. Any additional postal costs will be clearly specified at the time of booking.
All survey responses are confidential and all information given is studied in an aggregated form only. Only those meeting the qualifying requirements will be allowed to complete the survey. Please note if you enter any competitions on the site, it may be necessary for us to provide some of your personal information to the promoters of the competition in order that you can receive your prize.
Where a prize draw is offered, only those qualifying for and completing the survey will be entered and prizes are limited to one per person. Fraudulent or multiple entries will be disqualified. Winners will be chosen at random from qualifying entries and will be notified by email. Winners have 28 days from receipt of the winners’ email to claim their prize. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Employees of Easyfairs UK Ltd and their immediate families cannot be entered into any prize draw but may complete a survey if eligible to do so.
